We do many special
events during the year that are geared to the seasons.
However, this summer we
have undergone major
renovations of the facilities. We have built a new bath house,
a commercial
kitchen, and gazebo for your enjoyment. We are also in the
process of installing more electric pylons for campers and RVs.

Carp Derby

Coming August 27, 2011- our 2nd first Annual
Marathon Carp Derby at Lighthouse Landings. Prizes, music,
food and more. Great fun and excitement on the river for folks
of all ages. Come out and see who can catch the biggest,
fattest river Carp in Central NY State.. |
The Marathon Pirate Festival will be back next Summer with more
activities and adventures planned.
Stay tuned for more information as the time draws near after the New
year.
The
festival will be organized by The
Valhalla's Pirates
of New Jersey,
Robin's Dockside Shop,
Baltimore and the Lighthouse landings Staff. There
will be a show put on with cannon and black powder and loads
of fun. All
kinds of children's activities, local and national shops will have displays,
plus live music on stage.

We are
are planning a VERY exciting and fun-filled weekend of pirate
events and enactments. A "REAL" Pirate Treasure Hunt with
real treasure, Black powder shoot-outs and demonstrations.
Everything that every self-respecting pirate does, we will be
doing.
We are currently
seeking vendors for the Festival weekend.

So come out. Bring some rum.
