Special Events - Summer 2012

We do many special events during the year that are geared to the seasons.

This summer we have undergone major renovations of the facilities. We have built a new Lighthouse that stands between our main building and the dining gazebo.  We are also in the process of installing more electric pylons for campers and RVs.

7th Annual Marathon Carp Derby
at Lighthouse Landing Campground
 Prizes, music, food and more. Great fun and excitement on the river for folks of all ages.  Come out and see who can catch the biggest, fattest, smelliest river carp in Central NY State
  Date: Saturday - August 25th, 2012
Entry Fee: $20.00 per person / Children 12 years and under - $12.00
Canoes & Kayaks will be available to rent.  $30.00 single / $40.00 double - All Day.
Chicken Dinners will be available at $8.50 per dinner plate. - Bring your own chicken!!

Car Show

Come out, bring your flashy car or truck and have a great time.

Bring your car or pickup truck and show it off at our 1st Annual Car show at Lighthouse Landings.
When: June 30th (12:00pm-6:00pm)  Judging @ 2:00pm

Location: 3781 US. Highway Rt. 11, Marathon NY 13803

Entry Fee: $5.00 per car
 Spectators: $3.00 per person (kids under 12 free) Camping: $20.00 (includes entry fee for car owner or spectator)
