The following rules
are for your protection and safety, we want to maintain a
comfortable camp for your pleasure.
A. Check in
from 8:00 a.m. throughout the day /Check out by 11:00
a.m. next day
B. Quiet time
9:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. Please respect your fellow
campers and maintain a low noise level during this time. ALL
VISITORS ARE TO BE OFF THE SITE BY 11:00 P.M.
C. Site rental
charges are due upon arrival. Please display your car pass at
all times. Each additional day must be paid by noon or there
will be an additional charge of $2.00. Holiday weekends must be
paid in full at the time of check in.
D. All
visitors must check in the office and obtain a visitors pass,
Visitor fees are only good until 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m. the
visitor will be charged as an extra person. Each additional
person will be added at a rate of $3.00 per person.
E. 5 people per
site /one camper and a two person tent per site. Additional
campers would require an additional site. Visitors must leave
by 11:00 or rent an additional site.
F. All
children under the age of 12 are to be on their site by 9:00p.m.
Children are not allowed to play in or around the restrooms and
children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult to the
restroom. Parents are responsible for their children in all
areas of the campground.
G. Bikes to be
on dirt driveways only – operate at your own risk. Motorcycles
are allowed only when used as transportation to and from the
campground no three or four wheelers are allowed.
H. Fireworks
and firearms are not allowed on the campground at any time.
Fireworks are ILLEGAL, DANGEROUS TO THE USER AND THE CAMPGROUND.
I. One picnic
table per camp site. Please use your allotted space, please be
courteous to your neighbors.

J. One fire
ring per camp site, no fires outside of rings. Fires must
be constantly attended. NO BONFIRES AT ANY TIME.
K. PLEASE DO NOT
CUT ANY TREES OR SHRUBS NOR REMOVE ANY BRANCHES FROM THEM.
Firewood is for sale at the store and in a nearby town.
L. Waste tanks
must be emptied when full. Please do not dump or allow to be
dumped on the ground any black or gray water, ashes or grease.
Please contact the office if your fire pit needs cleaning.
M. No car or
trailer washing is allowed. There are nearby car washes in
Marathon and Whitney Point.
N. Campsites
must be kept neat and sanitary at all times. Please remove all
garbage from campsite when checking out. Your cooperation with
sorting recyclables is appreciated. Garbage is to be placed in
dumpsters. Please do not burn garbage at campsite; please do not
burn plastics or Styrofoam products.
O. Confine all
gear to one site, please respect your neighbors
P. Pets
welcome, leashed at all times, please clean up after your pet
every time. Pets must be attended at ALL TIMES. Noisy dogs will
be asked to leave. 2 pets maximum.
Q. PLEASE NOTE
THAT LIGHTHOUSE CAMPGROUND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO
PERSONAL PROPERTY. WE, THEREFORE ADVISE ALL CAMPERS TO MAKE
SURE THEY ARE PROPERLY INSURED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE.
R. LIGHTHOUSE
LANDING IS A PRIVATELY OWNED CAMPGROUND. The management
reserves the right to terminate the stay of any individual who
fails to observe the above rules and regulations. Please note
that there will be no money refunded if you are asked to leave. |
